2. Proof of Concept Disclaimer
All tools and services on mhard.ai and its subdomains are proof-of-concept projects. They are experimental in nature and provided solely for demonstration and personal use purposes. Data processing within these tools is minimal and related only to providing the functionality of the tool.
You use these tools entirely at your own risk. We make no guarantees about data retention, availability, or security beyond reasonable best-effort measures.
3. What data we collect
Authentication data
When you sign in via Google or Microsoft OAuth, we receive and store:
- Your name and email address (as provided by Google/Microsoft)
- A unique account identifier
- Authentication tokens (to keep you signed in)
We do not receive or store your Google or Microsoft password.
Usage data
When you use our tools, we may process:
- Data you input into the tools (e.g., search queries, documents)
- Browser type and device information
- IP address
- Pages visited and actions taken
Analytics
We may use analytics services (such as Google Analytics) to understand how our tools are used. These services may use cookies and collect anonymized usage data.
4. Purpose of processing
We use your data for:
- Providing the functionality of the tools you use
- Authenticating your identity across mhard.ai subdomains
- Improving and debugging our tools

Google OAuth

Microsoft OAuth

External APIs
Some tools connect to third-party APIs (e.g., flight data providers, AI services) to provide their functionality. Data sent to these services is limited to what is necessary for the tool to function.

Our tools may use cookies for:
- Authentication cookies — to keep you signed in across subdomains

As these are proof-of-concept tools, data may be deleted at any time without notice. We do not guarantee long-term data storage. Account data is retained as long as your account exists. You may request deletion at any time.
