1. Definitions

• Provider — Marciano Hardjowikromo, based in Groningen, the Netherlands, operating under mhard.ai.
• User — any natural or legal person who accesses or uses the website, tools, or services provided by the Provider.
• Tools — all software applications, services, and features available on mhard.ai and its subdomains.
• Website — the website accessible at mhard.ai and all associated subdomains.

2. Proof of Concept — Important Notice

The tools are not intended for production use, critical decision-making, or any purpose where reliability is required. They are personal projects built to explore what is technically possible with AI and related technologies.

By using any tool on mhard.ai, you acknowledge and accept this experimental nature.

3. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the website or any tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or tools.

4. Use of the tools

The tools are provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Use the tools in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website or tools.
• Use the tools for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the tools, servers, or networks.
• Use automated systems to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the tools without permission.
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any tool or its output without written permission.

5. Authentication and accounts

Some tools require authentication via Google or Microsoft OAuth. By signing in, you agree that:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• The Provider may suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, without notice.
• Account data may be deleted at any time as part of the experimental nature of these tools.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the website, including but not limited to text, code, designs, logos, and graphics, is the property of the Provider and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the website without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Provider makes no representations or warranties regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any information provided by the tools.
• The availability, uninterrupted operation, or error-free functioning of the tools.
• The suitability of the tools for any particular purpose.
• The security of data processed by or stored within the tools.
• The results obtained from using the tools, including but not limited to AI-generated content, flight prices, recommendations, or any other output.

Any reliance you place on the tools or their output is strictly at your own risk.

8. Complete exclusion of liability

The Provider is not liable in any way for any damages, of any kind, arising from or related to:

• The use of, or inability to use, the website or any tools.
• Any information, content, or output provided by or through the tools.
• Any decisions made based on information or output from the tools.
• Data loss, data corruption, or data breaches.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or discontinuation of any tool.
• Actions of third parties, including authentication providers (Google, Microsoft), API providers, or hosting services.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions.
• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Any viruses, malware, or harmful components.
• Results of AI-generated content, recommendations, or analyses.
• Inaccurate flight prices, travel information, or any other data provided by the tools.
• Any other matter relating to the website or tools.

This exclusion applies to all forms of damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, regardless of whether the Provider has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These tools are proof-of-concept projects. Any lawsuit, claim, or legal action against Marciano Hardjowikromo in connection with these tools is not applicable, as the tools are explicitly provided without any guarantee or obligation.

To the extent that liability cannot be fully excluded under mandatory law, the total liability of the Provider is limited to a maximum of €100 (one hundred euros).

9. Indemnification

You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Marciano Hardjowikromo against all claims, actions, costs, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the website or tools, or any violation of these terms.

10. No professional advice

Nothing provided by the tools constitutes professional, financial, legal, medical, or travel advice. The tools are proof-of-concept demonstrations only. Always consult qualified professionals for decisions that matter.

11. Modifications and availability

The Provider reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool at any time without notice.
• Change these Terms of Service at any time. The current version is always available on this page.
• Delete any user data or accounts at any time.

Continued use of the tools after changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Privacy

13. Governing law

These terms and all related agreements are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the district of Northern Netherlands (arrondissement Noord-Nederland).
